Shipping & Returns

Everything we sell is printed when you order it. Here's what happens after you hit buy.

Production

Your order is printed by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before it ships.

Shipping rates

United States: $6 per order + $2 per item

Canada: $8 per order + $2 per item

Europe (46 countries): $7 per order + $2 per item

Australia & New Zealand: $9 per order + $2 per item

Everywhere else we ship: $15 per order + $5 per item

Delivery times

After your order ships, standard delivery usually takes 3–4 business days in the US and Canada, and 5–20 business days to Europe. Other international delivery times vary by destination.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, email us at darkhumormedics@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the problem. We'll replace it or refund it.

Lost package

If your order hasn't shown up, email us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we'll sort it out.

Returns and exchanges

Because every item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, wrong color or a change of mind. Check the size details on each product before you order.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders sent to an incorrect address may need to be reshipped at your cost.
